Fabulous boutique cave hotel in the best part of Cappadocia We've had a brilliant experience at this fantastic hotel. From the unique cave rooms, luxurious spa and cave pool, beautiful daily breakfast in the hotel restaurant which happens to also be the best restaurant in town, Di Rocco, we've loved every part of this experience. The hotel staff are flawless, from the valet parking to the excellent front desk staff who have been superb, and the gorgeous Fatma at their restaurant, we can totally recommend this amazing hotel to everyone we know. Modern Cave Hotel How can one visit Cappadocia and not stay in a Cave Hotel? We are so glad we decided to experience and stay at Carus. From the time you check in you are welcomed by a professional English speaking staff and they take time to show you all the hotel amenities. Our room was spacious and it had the combination of a Cassie hotel experience including all the modern amenities in a 5 star hotel. The staff were hard workin, professional and made sure all guests are treated warmly. The hotel has a roof top restaurant and the combination of delicious food, friendly staff and the views were breathtaking. We had breakfast & dinner on the roof top restaurant and both the Hotel & Restaurant are 5 Star.
