Great hotel, really friendly staff and wonderful breakfast spread every morning. There s a lovely lady named Fatma who was there every morning and she made breakfast such a wonderful affair by being so attentive to my needs since I was eating alone. The front desk staff were also very helpful helping me to save some money by helping me to arrange a shared shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi. Only pity was that hot air balloons were cancelled both days I was here as weather conditions were too windy. Guess I have to make another trip back here again!

Amazing hotel Absolutely great hotel ! Excellent food and service ! Swimming pool ,sauna , rooftop and a glass of sparkling wine:)) that is what you need after busy day in Cappadocia ! You can watch balloon flights from their rooftop and the hotel is in the center of Goreme !

Excellent! We had an excellent stay at Carus. The hotel is very well located for the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with excellent facilities including the on-site restaurant and bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpfully and I’d highly recommend booking the hot air balloon trip with the hotel recommended company.
