Fabulous boutique cave hotel in the best part of Cappadocia We've had a brilliant experience at this fantastic hotel. From the unique cave rooms, luxurious spa and cave pool, beautiful daily breakfast in the hotel restaurant which happens to also be the best restaurant in town, Haruna, we've loved every part of this experience. The hotel staff are flawless, from the valet parking to the excellent front desk staff who have been superb, and the gorgeous Fatma at their restaurant, we can totally recommend this amazing hotel to everyone we know. The personnel is just wonderful, super friendly and ready to help Masonry room was beautiful with a view of the village and balloons An even more amazing view from the restaurant and terrace Delicious breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, with great service Hotel is very well decorated and furnished Location is perfect, you can access the best viewpoint hill in 5-10 minutes for sunrise and sunset

Excellent! We had an excellent stay at Carus. The hotel is very well located for the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with excellent facilities including the on-site restaurant and bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpfully and I’d highly recommend booking the hot air balloon trip with the hotel recommended company.
